The address you give at checkout is validated by Stripe and printed on the box exactly as entered. Spot a mistake after paying? Write to hello@kelvas.co with your reference straight away — we can fix it until the label is printed, and not after.

A parcel that stops moving for more than a week is our problem to chase, not yours. Send your reference and we take it up with the carrier; if it is lost, we replace or refund — returns covers the rest.
