The terms, in plain sentences.

Kelvas sells blank apparel online at kelvas.co. These terms cover browsing the site, joining the list and placing an order. If you do not agree with them, do not order — no hard feelings.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout; your card details never reach our servers. An order is accepted when payment clears and you receive a reference — until then it is a cart, not a contract. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we refund it in full and tell you why.

Shipping is set out on the shipping sheet and returns on the returns sheet. Both are part of these terms.

You can sign in with Google if you want your orders in one place; you do not have to. Either way, keep the email on your order deliverable — it is where the receipt, the tracking and any bad news go.

Anything. Print on them, embroider them, sell what you make — that is the point of a blank. What you make and sell is your product and your responsibility, not ours.

Do not attack it, scrape it at volume, or use another person's payment details. The photography and copy are ours; the garments, once paid for, are yours.

If something we sold you is faulty, we refund or replace it — see returns. Beyond that, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits what the law says cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
